Summer is here and that means SMOOTHIE BOWLS!! They are delicious and you can add whatever fruit you want!
- 1 bannana frozen
- Handful of frozen berries (any berries you want)
- 2 table spoons of plain yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a bowl, you can add more fruit on top, or you can add raw oats like mine
The reason you freeze the berries and banana is to get the thick ice-cream like consistency, and to have a cold refreshing breakfast/treat
