Interval training is a great way to burn fat and better your fitness level! I did a interval training session with my brother – he is a professional rugby player – we did 40 + minutes of interval running on the treadmill. This is called “MAS (Metabolic Session) running”.
The session is 15 seconds running and 15 seconds rest for 40 + minutes. I will post the exact workout later on 🙂 I am aiming to do this at least once or twice a week to increase my fitness and metabolism 🙂
Training with my brother is always more challenging because he has different training program’s all the time 😛 But it is also a lot of fun! You have to work hard for the results you want!
