One of my workouts that I have included in my training program is the Ten’s workouts πŸ™‚ I have made up different variations of the Ten’s workouts – an upper-body one, a legs and cardio one and a combination of both πŸ˜› I do these workouts twice a week in-between my cardio and weight lifting sessions πŸ™‚

Today’s workout was:

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 medicine ball squat press
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 spider-man abs

The point of doing the Ten’s is to push your heart rate as high as you can so that you are in an anaerobic state. The Ten’s are also very good because you are getting a cardio workout while also building muscle!

The Ten’s workout can also never really get easy for anyone because as soon as it is easier for you to complete, you can do it for time and push yourself to finish the workout in a time limit.
