Looking for a high protein dessert, a before bed treat, or something yummy to have as a pre or post workout snack??!! Well I’ve got you covered…How does some cheesecake sound?

This cheesecake is so simple to make, you’ll be kicking yourself for not having made it before:
It’s no bake
Fat free
Low carb
Uses minimal ingredients
Is only 50 calories a slice
Macro breakdown- C: 3 F: 1 P:9

(serves 8)


For the base:

1/4 cup oat bran

For the cheesecake:

1 tub fat free cottage cheese
125 ml boiling water
300 ml cold water
2 scoops whey protein
1 packet gelatine powder
1 packet sugar free chocolate pudding (this is the secret ingredient responsible for making the cheesecake so creamy)
1/2 tsp stevia
1 TBS vanilla essence
***Optional: 1 tsp coffee (or decaf coffee if you are sensitive to caffeine)


Spray a cheesecake tray with some cooking spray and lightly dust the bottom of the tray with the oat bran.
Melt the packet of gelatine in the boiling water. Add the coffee to the boiling water and stir until mixed.
Slowly pour in the cold water.
In a food processor, add the remainder of the ingredients.
While the food processor is mixing the ingredients together, slowly pour in the coffee mixture.
Allow the mixture to beat for another minute (this will help it to thicken)
Pour into the cheesecake tray and pop into the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
Slice and enjoy

At a mere 50 calories a slice…this is the perfect guilt free treat.
