Hello Human’s and Happy 2018!!

(better late than never right?)

Trying to fathom that yet another year has gone by is insane! The gym’s are full of all the “new year, new me” people and everyone has jumped onto juice cleanse trends and detoxing. Give me a break would ya?

I’m all for trying to have a healthy lifestyle, but the reality of new year resolutions is that they just don’t work half of the time. The reasons for this are that A) People go balls to the walls instead of easing into it, and B) Most of the time its a punishment for overindulging over the holidays.

So instead of starting some “new year, new me!” bullsh*t, I am going to share some goals/changes that I have set myself for this year! Whoop, Whoop!

 

 

  1. Sketch more.
  2. Practice Yoga at least three times a week.
  3. Run more. This one I got going towards the end of 2017 so I aim to keep at it.
  4. Concentrate on my business & blog content. (yes, I know I’ve been neglecting this baby of mine lately)
  5. Say YES to any adventure that is thrown my way!

I do have some more specific fitness goals such as squat 100kg’s for reps, deadlift 100kg’s for reps and get to running 5km in 25 mins and under. But if I don’t get to these goals I won’t let it consume me, there is much more to life at the end of the day.

I hope 2018 is a magical one!
