Happy Sunday lovelies!
Yesterday, I had a blast at the FNO hosted by Women’s Health SA! Got to meet some kick-ass women bosses and do super fun exercise classes!
So today I woke up craving some pancakes and decided to add a twist to my standard recipe, here we have Strawberry Protein Pancakes!
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 scoop’s Nutritech Whey (strawberry flavour)
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Wiz all the above in a food processor/blender until a smooth consistency. Then fry in either coconut oil or butter until golden brown.
I added some honey and frozen berries to mine afterwards, but you can garnish/top your stack with just about anything!
SO SO MUCH YUM!
