” I created this program, not only to help women feel and look confident on their wedding day , but to also kick start their new lives with a healthy lifestyle.
This program is not a miracle worker, so before starting it you must read everything very carefully and follow the instructions step by step in order to get the best results possible!

First things first, being healthy and fit is not only about exercising. Nutrition is the most important part of a healthy lifestyle, you know what they say, 80% diet and 20% exercise.This is so true, and I cannot stress enough how important having the correct nutrition is for reaching your body goal.

We all have different body types, some of us lose and gain weight easily, some struggle to lose weight but gain muscle easily and some of us struggle to put on muscle or weight. Just remember that this is OK, so don’t get despondent when results don’t show quickly! With this guide you will be doing mostly bodyweight exercises, which is the most raw form of exercise and will let your body adapt and change naturally.
With body weight exercises, you will not become “bulky” or “big”. Your body will tone-up and create lean muscle as well as burn fat and tighten up your skin. ”

The Wedding Ready Bride program is an all over body workout program. I will be here along the way, but the sweat and tears is up to you honey! You got this!
