I made these yummy flapjacks this morning after gym 🙂 they still have carbs, but very little sugar and are much healthier than having normal flapjacks!

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 cups of oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 eggs

Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset Add all the above ingredients together and cook in a pan until golden brown. You can serve them as a savory snack with meats or have it with fresh berries 🙂
