Another week of 2016 has flown by! I swear before we know it, it’s going to be December again πŸ˜‰ And another week of my training program has come to an end, and I can already see so many changes in my fitness levels and body πŸ™‚ I spent this Friday shopping and I found pieces of clothing that were such a bargain! I absolutely love it when you find clothes that aren’t too expensive and are trending.

So my “Fri-yay” moment was finding fashionable items that were reasonably priced πŸ˜› The trick to find fashion items at reasonable prices are to actually look! Go into stores you would never of thought you’d find something in. You will be pleasantly surprised at the clothing AND the prices. When you find “said” piece of clothing, try it on and feel the texture to make sure the quality is up to standard and that it fits you. Take your time while you shop. Its called “Retail therapy” for a reason πŸ˜‰

And some advice? Go to all the stores you want to go to first and don’t purchase anything, once you have been to all the stores, you will have a good idea of what you really want and you can go back and buy the items that you love instead of spending money on the ones you “kind of” liked. A lesson that I have learnt this past year is that you should never buy a piece of clothing that you have not fallen in love with at first sight. If you “hmm-and-haaa” about the item you are looking at, rather put it back on the shelves and move on πŸ™‚

On another note, I have one more day left of my two week training program, and then I’m back to week one πŸ˜€ Exciting things are to come soon, so keep a look out πŸ˜‰
