I’ve been thinking about this topic for a while now. It is important to know why you are pursuing a goal, to know that you are doing it for yourself and no one else. You must WANT to achieve it for your own benefit and no one else’s! The main reason I have been thinking about this is because I have been trying, for a long time, to get my friends to go to gym and lead a healthier lifestyle. The reality of life is that being fit and healthy is not a priority for some people.

This often made me sad or demotivated about my own workouts, and I often thought why was it so important to me and not to other people? But now I realize by helping people who WANT Β to go to gym and be healthy is way more motivating and rewarding than trying to force your own dreams onto someone else πŸ™‚ It also made me realize that you have to do t for YOU! <3 Not for your friends or family, but for you! Not everyone is going to have the same goals as you, and that is ok, but having people around you with the same goals as you can be motivating and help you to achieve those goals πŸ™‚

So that said, I hope you have a happy humpday πŸ˜› and go do something for YOU!

P.S I am LOVING my workouts and so is my test-subject πŸ˜‰ she has done one month and she says she feels great and can already see changes πŸ˜€
