Yes it is hump-day! That means we are half way through the week and one more day closer to Friday! Yay! 🙂 For my Wednesday workout, I did legs and shoulders. With the booty being my main focus, obviously 😉 My workout consisted of weighted smith machine back squats, sprinter squats, jumping lunges/split squats and holding a squat position for 30 seconds. Then I did side raises and front raises super-set for shoulders 🙂

Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset As I have just started with my personal training and fitness studies, I am already starting to notice different things happening to my body. I am so excited to see the progress after two months of my training program, along with all the extra knowledge I will have attained by then. I must say that surrounding yourself with people with the same goals as you, can be very motivating 🙂

Some advice for achieving your goals that I learnt this week is; you need to know what you are doing in order to achieve your goal! This means that you must have the correct information on the type of training you need to do in order to achieve the end goal 🙂 For example, I am doing weighted squats and split squats to target my glutes and get them to engage while I train! Hill sprints and glute kick-backs are also good target exercises to do for the booty gains 😉 Have a Happy Hump-day <3

P.S This weekend I am going to try out a new recipe for cheat meals 😀 so excited to see how it turns out 😛
