It’s time to re-set some goals 🙂 Sometimes re-visiting your goals is a really good idea. This lets you concentrate on what you really want to achieve in your life! I have been in a bit of a slump since my operation, but I am fully recovered now which means it’s time to hit the gym, HARD! 😀
Goal setting is really important when you are serious about reaching those goals. A method, that I use, and you can use to stay motivated are that you can follow inspirational people on Instagram. My main motivators on Instagram are Linn Lowes, Nikki Blackketter and The southern Yogi.
The reason that these people inspire me is because they have achieved what I am aiming to achieve 🙂 So don’t follow people just because they have a lot of followers, or they look cool, follow them because they inspire you!
The other method I use to stay motivated is taking progress pictures each month. Of course, this month will be a bust because of my operation, buuuut I will take one anyway 😛 These photos can show you small changes that you won’t be able to see if you don’t compare your two photos 🙂 and, ya know, my end goal is to be sponsored by nike and eat peanut butter all day 😉
