So in case you don’t know this about me, I have a HUGE addiction to peanut butter cups 😛 I could eat them all day, everyday! To spread this addiction, I am going to share this recipe with you !

Bottom layer:

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 cup smooth peanut-butter (sugar free)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 cup cacao/cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey or some liquid stevia drops
Top layer:

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut-butter (sugar free)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 table spoons desiccated coconut (I like to add more)

Place to mixture into silicone muffin tray molds or in the paper muffin holders and freeze. First freeze the bottom layer while you make the top layer, then add the top layer and freeze until hard. Keep in the freezer in an air-tight container once out of the mold/paper holders.
