Now this is a tricky question, how do you get out of your day-to-day mundane routine? I’ve been thinking about my own life compared to others, yes, being a blogger and a student is VERY different from having a job or a family to look after. I, however, do have some tips for you to try out! Just remember this: health is about feeling good as well as looking good. Don’t get caught up in societies norms of what “life” should be like.

  1. Something I’ve recently started is dance classes! Dancing is a good way to workout and increase your strength and cardio, plus you get to meet some awesome people along the way.
  2. Start a dinner club. A few of my friends have started doing this, and they say its a really nice way to catch up with your friends during the week and take a break from work.
  3. Read a chapter out of a novel every night. If you aren’t a big fan of reading, watch your favourite series or find a blog that you enjoy reading. This is just a nice way to escape from work before bed and lower your stress levels before you sleep.
  4. Try out a new recipe every week that is healthy but different 🙂

Now I know this is easier said than done, but anything is possible with a little bit of positivity and will power 🙂 The things that I personally have started to do, is running on the road in the morning, dancing and I am starting hot yoga 😛 These little changes in my life have made me feel full of energy and positivity. This is your life, live it how the hell you want to.
