Yum Yum! This is my absolute favourite go-to recipe when it comes to having a special breakfast, or when I want to treat myself 😛
These pancakes are made out of oats (rolled oats that I grind to form oat flour) and are  S U G A R  F R E E !!!! Yaaaaas 😀
Too good to be true you think? Well here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 1/2 tbsp canola oil
coconut oil to fry

Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another. Then add the wet to the dry and there you have your mixture.
Heat up that frying pan with the coconut oil and cook until golden brown on both sides 😛

And there you have it! Yummy, minimum effort pancakes for breakfast 🙂 I like to have mine with greek yogurt and honey, however they taste just as good with some bacon and eggs 🙂
