Happy Humpday ya’ll! 🙂

In true humpday spirit, I am going to post a booty workout that will target the glutes and round out those booty’s for summer 😛

This workout includes the following exercises:

  1. Donkey kicks
  2. Straight leg glute extensions
  3. Glute bridge
  4. Single leg glute bridge
  5. Body weight squat
  6. Body weight lunge
  7. Standing glute kickback

The main thing to remember when doing these exercises, is to squeeze the glute muscles 🙂 This will ensure that they are engaged and working! Make sure that your form is also correct to achieve the best results. And yes, my workout is so cool even my cat wanted to join in 😉
