Wowza, I can’t believe that I have been blogging for almost two years now! It feels like I’ve only just started!
In 2015, I was studying a degree that I was not enjoying, and this led me to falling into a depressive state and overall unhappy and lost in life. At this point in my life I decided to drop out of the degree I was studying and during all my new free time, I began to exercise a lot more and dedicated my time to achieving my goals. (pretty sure I have shared this with you all before)
So whilst I was so busy throwing around all the iron in the gym 😉 I discovered my love for health and fitness. This then led me to my current field of study and profession; personal training, sports massage therapist and soon-to-be conditioning coach!
I guess what I am getting at is that blogging saved me from my breakdown. I felt very lost and had no vision in what I wanted to do with my life, starting this blog helped me realise my love for what I do and helping others feel and look better is part of that vision. I’ve ‘met’ so many people through blogging, which is weird considering we have never physically ‘met’, but they have all had an impact in my life that has helped me stay motivated and strive towards my goals!
Blogging may seem like a boring idea, or even a waste of time to some people, but for me it was an opening of a door and a new path for my life. Honestly, it has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my life. And soon I am going to be launching my very first product to you all! I am SUPER excited about this, and I can’t wait to share it with you all!
